New Horizons is situated on the South East corner of the island of Antigua, half a mile west of Cobbs Cross on Monk's Hill over looking Falmouth Harbour. Falmouth is the venue for the world renowned Antigua Sailing Week and other major yachting events, with Nelson's Dockyard nearby. Built within the Antigua National Park, the house offers exceptional accommodation with a level of tranquility and privacy rarely found.
The wide verandahs which are south facing attract the cooling trade winds from the North East keeping the house cool and comfortable at all times, and to accommodate those relaxing moments, watching the sunset turn the sky and Caribbean Sea to a lustrous hue.
This charming colonial style house has masses of space for families with secure grounds overlooking Falmouth Harbour. The house is close to some of the worlds most beautiful beaches.
The property is surrounded by high walls and is served by an electronic gate. Security cameras with video recording cover the front and rear of the property. The house was completed in 2008 to a very high standard with four en suite bedrooms on two floors.
