The main house of Kittyhawk Villa boasts three beautiful bedrooms, each meticulously designed with elegant four-poster beds. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size four posters, while the other offers a cozy queen-size sleigh bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to create a cool and comfortable environment for a restful night's sleep. The villa also includes an additional ground-floor bedroom with two double beds, an en-suite bathroom, and a dressing area.
For larger groups or those seeking extra privacy, Kittyhawk Villa offers a separate cottage with a charming king-size four-poster bed and a small single bed, along with its own en-suite shower room, kitchen, and sitting room.
Stepping outside, guests will discover a spacious and inviting outdoor area. Indulge in sundowners while admiring the unrivaled views of the marina and stunning sunsets from the large, shaded eating area. The private pool beckons for a refreshing swim, surrounded by an abundance of sun loungers. A BBQ and a shaded bar complete the picture, providing the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining.
Kittyhawk Villa enjoys an enviable location directly opposite Nelson's Dockyard in English Harbour. Within a short walk, you can explore the vibrant bars and restaurants of Falmouth and English Harbour, immersing yourself in the island's vibrant atmosphere.
Inside the villa, crisp white linen sheets adorn all beds, ensuring a touch of elegance, while every room is equipped with ceiling fans to provide an added level of comfort. Guests will find an ample supply of towels, including both swimming and bath towels, making their stay as convenient as possible.
Please note that due to its layout and features, Kittyhawk Villa is best suited for guests aged 12 and over. This holiday retreat offers a two-level outdoor deck area with a luxurious L-shaped pool, plenty of sun loungers, a BBQ, and outdoor sofas within a shaded oasis.

The villa is available to hire in its' entirety. There is a huge two-level outdoor deck area with L-shaped pool, plenty of sun loungers, BBQ plus outdoor sofas
within a shaded area. We recommend that the property is suitable for those aged 12 and over.
The main house offers three double bedrooms, all with air con and own bathrooms. The cottage, just next to the house, has a double bedroom and kitchen/sitting room, so is self-contained. The bedroom downstairs in the house has two double beds. We do not recommend the house for small children (under 12 yrs). Crisp, white linen on all beds and plenty of towels (swimming and bath) are all provided.
