Ken's Apartment is located only a 5 minute drive away from the historical Nelson's Dockyard as well as the heart of the yachting and sailing community, Falmouth Harbour where you will find some of Antigua's finest restaurants, shops, cafes and night life. The property has been developed on two levels. On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living area. The bedroom is at the first floor along with the bathroom and a small breezy balcony overlooking the harbour.  Guests can enjoy the beautiful veranda with amazing views of the Falmouth Harbour.

The monthly rent is 1,100USD with all utilities included. Please note that there is no laundry facility on site. ?
