The fully furnished villa features vaulted ceilings throughout and the large open plan lounge area overlooks the beautiful, large inviting infinity swimming pool. It has been designed with a wide covered veranda which gives protection from the sun or a passing shower. It is a 3 minute walk from the beach. The modern fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is ideally equipped to cater for generous parties and events. The fittings in the kitchen are from one of the highest quality brand in Italy. Four luxury en-suite bedrooms all benefit from the spacious design, each with their own walk in wardrobe and the bathrooms have large walk in showers. All bedrooms feature full air conditioning and ceiling fans to augment the ever present cooling trade winds enjoyed by Villa Vanguard. All bedrooms offer stunning sea views. The entrance verandah leads into a central hub of the villa and a large inviting living area lounge and dining area. The floors are constructed of maintenance free MDF material. very strong and indestructible with the appeal of warm solid hardwoods. Villa Vanguard is on a .33 acre parcel located within the Antigua's historic National Park that encompasses the historic working 18th century Nelson's Dockyard. You will be minutes away from many fine dining establishments, historic museum, shops and entertainment venues.
