A luxury villa which has 5 bedrooms sleeping 11 people, huge living space and a very large pool. This hill top villa has a great location with breath taking views of Antigua. It allows you to indulge yourself in luxury, from the enormous four poster bed in the master bedroom to the 50 foot infinity pool; from the sculptures in the rooms. It comes complete with all modern amenities, and the hi-tech appliances.The villa is full air conditioned but due to the great location and cleverly designed louvered windows, you can take advantage of the sea breeze.The public rooms are designed to ensure the comfort of all guests. From the contemporary lime green and black Italian kitchen, including Jenn-air appliances, to the enormous sliding glass doors, Designer Guild sofas, European art and glass vases, 42 foot screen TV, Eastern Gallery with unbelievable views of Green Island, and Western View of the fjord and the sunset every evening, this villa is a wonderful retreat for a large group of friends and family. The 50ft swimming pool complete with decking, deckchairs, and pagoda for shade.It is located 40 minutes drive from the airport, situated in NonSuch Bay on the east of the island.Villa Sunshine is part of the prestigious development at NonSuch Bay, which is part of a brand new luxury resort set in 40 acres of lush landscaped gardens and tropical vegetation with ocean views and its own secluded beach. The Master Bedroom Suite 

Super king four poster bed with luxury en suite bathroom with a modern wet room-style shower, his and her basins and a massive Jacuzzi bath for two people with tremendous views on either side.


The Golden Bedroom

A huge sleigh bed (super-king) is the centerpiece of this room with shower room


The Blue Room Suite

This spacious double room with en-suite bathroom has a super-king bed and a comfortable day bed, perfect for a third person to sleep on. There is a veranda outside the bedroom, with its own gate to the gardens and pool.


The Purple Room

This double aspect room has twin beds with the Perfect Sunshine signature view towards Green Island.

Again, the bedroom has its own veranda, with gates down to the gardens and pool.


The Burgundy Room

This room has a double bed and stunning views through its triple aspect windows. As with the other downstairs bedrooms, this also has a veranda, with a gate leading to the gardens and pool. There are also echoed in the choice of deck-chair on the veranda.


The Seagull Bathroom

This shower room is shared by the purple and burgundy rooms.

Ceiling fans in all room

The Kitchen is well equipped with hi tech appliances.

The reception room is both an indoor and an outdoor area. The huge sliding doors (almost 20 feet wide each) can be fully opened to create an enormous space, which encompasses the verandas to the east and west.

A flat screen 42" TV allows guests to watch films on the quiet evenings.

50 foot infinity pool has a shallow end of 3.5 ft and is no deeper than 5ft, allowing plenty of scope for swimming games.

There are deckchairs around the pool, a hammock for relaxing and a pagoda which provides shade when the Caribbean sun becomes too much!


The Verandas

East Veranda 

This large semi-circular centre-piece of the villa is where many choose to spend their time. It stretches from the kitchen to the master bedroom suite (over 100 feet in length). The mesmeric views towards Green Island and the constantly shifting light on the water offer a spectacular backdrop. For meals, there is a large table directly in front of the kitchen. To relax, there are deckchairs. For sun worshippers, half the space is uncovered, whilst for those more keen on sitting out of the sun, there is plenty of shade.

West Veranda 

This outside space is an oasis of tranquility. With remarkable views onto the fjord, it is the ideal place to sit with a cocktail and watch the sun go down. A pair of solid oak tables invite you to eat, play cards and generally to make the most of this remarkable outside space. Again, the area is split between shade and direct sun.


Utility room

This practical space contains a large washing machine, washtub and separate dryer.
