Upon entering the house, you are met with the spacious open plan dining and living area. On the left , the newly refurbished kitchen can be found, fully equipped with a new stove and microwave. A separate door in the kitchen leads to the indoor laundry room.

The master bedroom is located on the left hand side of the house and is complemented by a larger en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms feature queen sized beds, dressers and air conditioning. On the right hand side of the house, the 2 smaller bedrooms can be found, one of which offers access to the back patio.

The surrounding yard includes shady trees allowing numerous opportunities to enjoy the peaceful space outdoors. The attached garage on the property allows for off street parking.

Yellow Bell House is also available for rent as individual rooms for US$1000 per person. Utilities are included in the monthly rental with a cap on the Electricity.
