Construction Details
The foundation of the villas is constructed of reinforced concrete block columns. The floor and wall framing are constructed by G-90 Building Systems Ltd. using the cold formed steel and wall system with sturdy truss cold formed steel hip roof and ceiling system. The floors are concrete and finished with ceramic tiles. All louvred windows and French doors custom made in Red Cedar. Laminated glass panels are in all French doors.
APUA supplied main water with additional cistern (approximate capacity 5000 gallons)with separate pump, pressure tank, and hot water heater. APUA supplied electrical service, 110 volts, and a standby generator (F G Wilson 20 KVA) with automatic switching equipment.
